Job Summary
An exciting opportunity to join a leading FM & Building Services provider as a Contract Manager, overseeing a multi-site, multi-client commercial portfolio across Cambridge & Suffolk.
You'll be responsible for managing M&E service delivery, leading engineering teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring contracts are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a multi-site, multi-client commercial FM portfolio. Lead the delivery of M&E building services contracts. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Manage engineers and specialist subcontractors. Ensure compliance with H&S and statutory regulations. Monitor KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and contract performance. Drive service excellence and identify improvement opportunities. Requirements
Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent Level 3 Mechanical / Plumbing or equivalent Level HVAC or equivalent P&L experience 3 years experience in a similar position UK Drivers License Right to work in the UK Whats on Offer
