Job Description Job Reference: 1326 \n Job Title: Foot Mobile AC Engineer \n Salary: £50,000 per annum \n Location: London – City & West End \n Job Type: Technical / Engineering \n Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm \n \n Job Summary \n We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established Facilities Management team, working across a prestigious managed-office portfolio in London. \n The portfolio consists of approximately 25 sites across the City and West End, providing a varied working environment across some of London's key commercial locations. \n As a Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring facilities remain safe, compliant and operational while providing an excellent level of service to clients and occupants. \n \n Key Responsibilities \n ·Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning and HVAC systems. \n ·Diagnosing and repairing faults on split, multi-split, VRV/VRF and associated equipment. \n ·Completing reactive maintenance tasks within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). \n ·Conducting routine inspections, testing and compliance checks. \n ·Maintaining accurate records and reports using relevant digital systems. \n ·Building strong relationships with clients and occupants through excellent customer service. \n ·Identifying opportunities for system improvements and energy efficiency. \n ·Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and company standards. \n ·Managing your workload effectively across multiple London sites. \n \n Requirements \n ·Has proven experience working as an Air Conditioning Engineer within commercial environments. \n ·Holds a City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. \n ·Possesses a valid F-Gas certification. \n ·Right to work in UK \n \n What's on Offer \n ·£50,000 per annum + package \n ·£171 per month travel allowance \n ·No call out \n ·Bundles of overtime available \n ·22 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays \n \n If you live in and around the City of London or the Westend area this could be the role for you. \n \n Ready to take the next step in your career? \n \n Apply today and help us shape the future! \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
