We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join our clients growing team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of engineering maintenance services within a commercial building in White City. You will lead and supervise both the in-house engineering team and external specialist contractors, ensuring all building systems are maintained in full compliance with statutory requirements and operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), ensuring timely and efficient resolution of all engineering tasks.
  • Lead, support and motivate the onsite engineering team.
  • Ensure full site compliance and safe working practices.
  • Manage and monitor SLAs to maintain service excellence.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in line with SFG20 standards.
  • Record Keeping / Logbooks.

Requirements

  • 2391 Inspection and Testing.
  • Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
  • 18th Edition.
  • 5 years experience in a similar position.
  • Must be willing to do high voltage AP course.
  • Right to work in the UK.
