We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a passionate and experienced Mobile Fire & Security Installation Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer who takes pride in high-quality installations and maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.

As a Mobile Fire & Security Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic fire and security systems across a wide range of commercial buildings throughout Surrey and Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out site surveys and system assessments.
  • Installing and commissioning systems including fire alarms, CCTV, and access control.
  • System programming, testing, and fault-finding.
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensuring all works comply with NSI, BAFE, and relevant industry regulations.
  • Providing clear client handovers and user training.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
Requirements:
  • Modern Apprenticeships in Electronic Security Systems or Fire & Security Systems offer on-the-job training.
  • Desired NVQ Diplomas (Level 2/3) in Electronic Fire & Security Systems, or Electrical Installations.
  • Desired FIA (Fire Industry Association) or BAFE (British Approvals for Fire Equipment) courses for specific skills.
  • 5 years experience in a similar position.
  • UK Drivers License.
  • Right to work in the UK.
