You'll be responsible for managing M E service delivery, leading engineering teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring contracts are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably. Key Responsibilities Manage a multi-site, multi-client commercial FM portfolio. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Manage engineers and specialist subcontractors. Ensure compliance with H S and statutory regulations. Monitor KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and contract performance. Drive service excellence and identify improvement opportunities.
