Our client is on the lookout for a committed and talented Site Supervisor to join their dynamic team. You will play a key role in leading a team of engineers and technicians, overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations, and ensuring high standards of compliance and service delivery within a critical client environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing, planning, and coordinating the daily workload of the technical support team
- Overseeing Reactive Maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)
- Reviewing work logs and ensuring outstanding tasks are completed via the in-house system
- Ensuring compliance with company and client safety and security procedures
- Acting as the main point of contact for client and management escalations
- Evaluating plant and equipment performance and recommending improvements
- Producing incident reports and resolving complex operational issues
- Supporting training and development within the critical services team
Requirements:
- Diploma / GED with 5+ years job-related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Prior supervisory or shift management experience preferred
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in BS7671 (18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations)
- Strong understanding of critical maintenance environments
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Right to work in the UK

- £200 per call out (1 in 4 rota - £2,600 annually)
