Job Reference: 1221 Job Title: M&E Shift Leader Salary: £65,000 per annum + £3,000 HVAP Bonus Working Hours: Continental Shift Pattern Days & Nights, 7am 7pm Were looking for a technically strong M&E Shift Leader to take responsibility for the engineering operations on a prestigious commercial building in the City of London. The ideal candidate will have a strong M&E background, be confident communicating with the client and contractors, and have the technical ability to take ownership of issues and lead the engineering team on shift. HVAP is preferred but not essential, with full training funded for the right candidate. HVAP-qualified engineers will receive an additional £3,000 annual bonus, taking the total package to £68,000 per annum. Lead the engineering team during day and night shifts. Take responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of M&E building services. Provide strong technical support and guidance to engineers on shift. Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults. Monitor critical plant and building services systems. Electrical or Mechanical engineering qualification at Level 3 or equivalent. Previous experience as a Shift Leader, Shift Engineer, Senior Engineer or similar. Strong electrical knowledge is highly desirable.
