Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Project Manager to support our clients growing team. This position involves overseeing building services initiatives within real estate and mixed-use commercial projects, ensuring successful completion on schedule, within financial targets, and in line with quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee building services assignments from initial planning stages through final delivery
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination
- Track financial performance, including budgets, profitability, and overall commercial outcomes
- Spot and act on opportunities to drive added value or operational improvements
- Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and resolve issues effectively
- Ensure accurate, thorough project records and consistent reporting standards
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in M&E, fit-out, and broader construction project delivery
- Solid commercial acumen, preferably supported by some Quantity Surveying exposure
- Confident communicator with strong client engagement and relationship management abilities
- Driven and forward-thinking, with a proactive approach and a commercial, growth-focused outlook
- Capable of overseeing several projects at the same time without compromising quality
