Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our client's growing team. This role involves working across a diverse portfolio of multi-site, multi-client commercial properties throughout London and the South East. You will play a key role in ensuring electrical systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably while delivering a high standard of service across a varied commercial portfolio. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a range of commercial properties
- Respond to reactive maintenance tasks and electrical breakdowns
- Ensure electrical systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably
- Diagnose electrical faults and identify root causes
- Monitor system performance and recommend corrective actions where required
- Maintain and service HVAC-related electrical systems
- Work with Building Management Systems (BMS)
Requirements
- Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
- 18th/17th edition
- Experience working within building services and facilities management environments
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
