We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our clients engineering team, supporting a prestigious commercial office building in Liverpool Street.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative and reactive mechanical maintenance within a high-profile, customer-facing environment. You will ensure all building services systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. This position is ideally suited to a proactive and technically strong engineer with a solid background in mechanical building services, who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards of service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- PPMs and reactive maintenance.
- Maintain & repair mechanical plant including HVAC systems, Pumps, Valves, Pipework, AHUs & FCUs.
- Fault finding and first-line response to mechanical issues.
- Complying with SFG20.
- Record Keeping / Logbooks.
- Strong mechanical building services background
- Proven experience in a similar static opportunity
- Relevant mechanical / plumbing qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds)
- 5+ years of experience
- Right to work in the UK
