We are hiring on behalf of our client for a passionate and dedicated Day Shift Technician to support the continued success of their operations. In this role, you will carry out a broad range of maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical plant equipment and building services within a high-end commercial property.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious engineer looking to work within one of London's most prestigious investment banking environments and to contribute to a high-performing engineering team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance on all electrical and mechanical plant and building services.
- Carry out fault-finding, diagnostics, and timely repairs to ensure optimal building performance.
- Monitor and maintain critical systems, including lighting, power, HVAC, and life safety equipment.
- Work as part of a shift team to ensure 24/7 reliability and smooth operation of the building.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and ensure compliance with statutory and company standards.
- Support continuous improvement across engineering operations.
- 2391 Inspection and Testing Desired
- Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
- Level 3 Mechanical/Plumbing Engineering or equivalent
- 18th Edition HVAP Desired
- 5 years experience in a similar position
- Right to work in the UK
- 20 Days Holiday
- Bundles of overtime
- AP Training
- £4,000 Shift allowance
- Call out allowance (£2,600)
