Your responsibilities will include leading a team of 10 engineers and support staff, managing the contract financials, and maintaining excellent client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of supervisors and technicians
- Oversee the delivery of hard services across four commercial sites
- Manage and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Full responsibility for the £1.4m P&L
- Identify and drive extra works opportunities across the contract
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
- Monitor contract performance and service delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Contract Manager or Senior Facilities Management role
- Strong knowledge of hard services within commercial buildings
- Experience managing engineering teams and supervisors
- Proven experience managing P&L and contract financials
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Right to work in the UK
