Reporting Into: Contract Manager
TecRec are searching for an experienced Building Services Engineer to work on a static site based in North Acton. This is to work for a business with many years of extensive experience, which provides their clients with a complete facilities maintenance package, tailored to suit their needs and to deliver that service cost effectively but to the highest engineering standards.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invests both time and training into their employees. This business has gone from strength to strength over the last 5 years and now has over 100 engineers across London & home counties.
As a Static Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance. You must be experienced in client-facing environments and be able to proactively update management. This is a single person site; therefore, you will have first refusal on all overtime. Completion of PPM works to schedule in the most proactive and efficient way possible.
The ideal candidate must have good all-round building services knowledge, management of logbooks, paperwork, and specialist contractors onsite. The ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in Electrical Installations, Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing & Heating. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installations or Parts 1 & 2 in Electrical Installations. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing & Heating etc. 18th Edition 2391 Testing & Inspection - Desired.
