TecRec are currently searching for an experienced Building Safety Manager. This is to work for specialists in operating small to large-scale living, commercial and mixed-use developments. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Building Safety team. They operate a flexible hybrid working policy, where employees work 3 days in the office/site and 2 days at home.
The role of Building Safety Manager is to support the business to implement its legislative and best practice requirements in relation to health, fire and structural safety. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for continual improvement in all aspects of building safety and compliance and other health and safety related elements contributing to a positive safety culture.
The ideal candidate will have experience / knowledge on the following:
- In depth knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety Act 2021, Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, and associated regulations.
- Knowledge of Building Safety Cases and Safety Case Reports for high-rise residential buildings.
- Experience managing H&S within residential buildings, especially fire safety matters.
