Electrical Maintenance Supervisor in Bexley

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Electrical Supervisor to join our client's team. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to work within a brand-new, state-of-the-art mixed-use commercial and residential development in Stratford, East London. The successful candidate will come from a strong electrical building services background and will be responsible for overseeing a small team of M&E Engineers, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the building's critical systems.

This is a highly client-facing position, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build strong working relationships and liaise effectively with the client to deliver an exceptional level of service.

• Supervise and support a small team of M&E Engineers on site.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
• Ensure all electrical systems are operated and maintained safely and efficiently.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client and manage day-to-day relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Monitor contractor performance and oversee specialist subcontractors.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of maintenance activities and projects.
• Maintain accurate records and complete all relevant documentation and reports.
• Support the Engineering Manager in delivering a high standard of building services.
• Drive excellent customer service and ensure service level agreements are achieved.
• Complying with SFG20.
• Record Keeping / Logbooks.

• Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition.
• 5 years experience in a similar position.
• Experience working within a customer-facing environment.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
