We are seeking a motivated and experienced permit co-ordinator to join our clients expanding team. You will provide administrative support to the health, safety and compliance team through monitoring and managing the online permit system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the contractor system
- Ensure contractors follow permits and safety rules
- Carry out inductions, pre-start meetings, and spot checks
- Complete safety inspections and close permits correctly
- Handle contractor issues and report when needed
- Investigate accidents and help prevent repeats
- Prepare clear reports and data when required
Requirements
- A formal qualification in Health & Safety Management
- Right to work in the UK
