Job Summary

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Asset & Mobilisation Manager to join our clients growing building services team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the mobilisation of new engineering maintenance contracts across mechanical, electrical and building fabric services, ensuring sites are fully operational from day one. If you're someone who enjoys taking ownership of mobilisation processes and delivering successful contract transitions, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the mobilisation of new engineering maintenance contracts from award through to operational delivery
  • Developing and managing mobilisation plans to ensure seamless contract transitions
  • Carrying out detailed asset verification and condition surveys across client sites
  • Overseeing site set-up, documentation and operational readiness
  • Ensuring Health & Safety compliance and conducting initial site inspections
  • Ensuring contractual obligations and service level agreements are understood and delivered
  • Engaging with internal technical and operational teams to validate mobilisation requirements
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders throughout the mobilisation phase
  • Supporting procurement activities for subcontractors, materials and tools during mobilisation

Requirements

  • Experience mobilising engineering maintenance or facilities management contracts
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and building fabric services
  • Experience with asset verification, condition surveys and site mobilisation processes
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety compliance within building services environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Right to work in the UK
