Job Reference: 1315 Job Title: Area Supervisor Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum Location: City of London Job Type: Technical/Engineering Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Job Summary We're looking for an experienced Area Supervisor to oversee engineering operations across a portfolio of commercial buildings in London. This role will involve managing a team of engineers, overseeing compliance, and ensuring high standards of maintenance and service delivery across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a good understanding of facilities management compliance. Strong IT skills are essential, as the role involves a significant amount of administration and paperwork. Key Responsibilities · Manage and support a team of engineers across multiple sites. · Oversee compliance, documentation, and reporting. · Ensure maintenance standards and procedures are followed. · Monitor operational performance and service delivery. · Travel between sites across London as required. Requirements · Previous experience in a similar supervisory role. · Background in facilities management or building services. · Good understanding of compliance management. · Strong IT, organisational, and communication skills. · Right to work in the UK.
