We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established, global manufacturing business.
Working as part of a busy Engineering & Maintenance team, you'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently, reducing downtime and supporting ongoing investment in machinery, automation and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving a wide range of production machinery and equipment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance to minimise production downtime.
Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults across manufacturing equipment.
Maintaining presses, conveyors, robotics and bespoke automated machinery.
Supporting new machinery installations, equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
Using computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) to record and manage maintenance activities.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, electrical schematics and equipment manuals.
Working closely with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
Ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with company procedures.
What We're Looking For We're looking for a practical, proactive engineer with strong fault-finding skills and experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Essential requirements:
Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
City & Guilds qualification or equivalent.
Previous maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing or engineering.
