To develop skills and knowledge while providing technical support to end-users across various sites, including Keighley, Romania, Mexico, and India, under the supervision of experienced team members.

What You’ll Do
- Taking ownership of tasks and ensuring they are completed to a high standard
- Keeping IT support tickets up to date, accurately logging progress, resolutions, and any follow-up actions
- Troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and network issues, contributing to timely resolutions
- Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, such as desktops, laptops, and printers
- Performing routine IT maintenance tasks, including software updates and antivirus scans
- Participating in IT projects, such as system upgrades and deployments
- Collaborating with the IT team to learn and implement IT policies and best practices
- Documenting IT processes and configurations to support knowledge sharing
- Liaising with external vendors and service providers as part of the procurement and support process
