TECO Bespoke designs, builds and installs high-end kitchens and cabinetry. Every piece we deliver is custom-made, and how it arrives on site matters just as much as how it’s built. Our finishes are a key part of what sets our work apart, and we’re looking for a Sprayshop / Finishing Assistant to support our finishing team with preparation and workshop tasks.
This is a practical, workshop-based role suited to someone who takes pride in careful prep work and wants to develop skills in high-quality finishing.
- Preparing cabinetry and components for spraying (sanding, filling, cleaning)
- Masking, labelling and organising parts for finishing
- Moving and handling finished and unfinished components safely
- Maintaining a clean, organised sprayshop and prep area
- Following health & safety procedures in a finishing environment
Experience and Requirements:
- A good eye for detail and a methodical approach to work
- Experience in workshop, joinery, furniture or finishing environments (preferred but not essential)
- Willingness to learn professional spray finishing processes
- Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive prep tasks
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
- Previous experience with sanding, prep work, spraying or paint finishing is a bonus, but training can be provided for the right person.
