A fast growing and highly successful international organisation is seeking support for their ticket handling and ongoing development work following their recent go-live. This engagement will initially run for 1 month and will involve close collaboration with their in-house NAV/BC developer.
They Are Looking For Someone With The Following Capabilities:
- Providing support for Business Central helpdesk tickets
- Delivering work on new feature requests
- Strong reporting expertise, including Business Central to BI and Excel integrations via APIs
- Ability to advise on the migration path from on-premise to SaaS
- Comprehensive understanding of the Business Central on-premise infrastructure (e.g., HTTPS printing, email configurations, and related scenarios)
- Knowledge of CRM platforms with the ability to guide them on the recommended approach and considerations
