We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Entry Administrator to join our purchasing team, reporting to the Operations Manager.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately entering, updating and managing project data to ensure consistency and reliability, supporting efficient operations and informed business decisions.

We are partners on ultra-premium, low-volume programmes delivering vehicle programmes for the ultra-exclusive, ultra-high-value automotive sector for automotive brands such as Mercedes-AMG, McLaren, Ford GT, Aston Martin, Pininfarina, Gordon Murray and many more on such vehicles as, amongst others, the Mercedes AMG-ONE, Pininfarina’s Battista and Aston Martin’s Valkyrie Pro.
In addition we deliver full vehicle development, including chassis and powertrain, to high net-worth heritage racers via our heritage racing division, ADP Classic Racing. We restore and rebuild high-end classic racing cars, prepare drivers, manage a programme of touring and racing, and provide full event support.
Roles and Responsibilities
This role is based at our Witham engineering facility.
- Enter and update information accurately across company systems, databases and spreadsheets
- Conduct routine data quality checks to detect and resolve errors, inconsistencies or missing details
- Maintain well-organised records while ensuring data security and compliance with company policies and legal standards (e.g. GDPR)
- Assist in developing and refining data entry processes to enhance efficiency
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather, verify and reconcile data
- Undertake additional tasks and ad hoc requests as directed by supervisors or managers
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in a data entry, administration or similar role
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and database management systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and work under pressure, prioritising tasks as required.
- Innovative approach to problem-solving
- Understanding of data protection, confidentiality and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Shift Information
Monday to Friday, 8am until 4:30pm
Overtime
Please note, overtime is available (dependent upon successfully completing probation and the requirements of the business).
