The Role
We’re looking for a Performance and Paid Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team on a 12-month maternity cover contract, with the potential to extend. You’ll take ownership of Tecna’s paid media, lead generation, and performance marketing strategy, ensuring every campaign drives measurable business growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role, ideal for someone who loves the balance of creativity and data, can execute at pace, and thrives on seeing campaigns deliver real results.
Key Responsibilities

- Funnel Ownership and Lead Generation: Manage the full marketing funnel (from campaign development to conversion) ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting.
- SEO and AI Search Readiness: Support the wider marketing team in building Tecna’s organic visibility through keyword optimisation, content structure, and on-page best practice.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Audit landing pages and forms to identify opportunities for improved user experience and conversion.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Plan and execute targeted ABM campaigns for priority sectors.
- CRM, Attribution and Data: Support the management and optimisation of Odoo CRM, ensuring accurate lead tracking and data integrity.
- Retargeting, Segmentation and Nurture: Build audience segments and lookalike models across paid platforms and CRM data.
- Channel Innovation and Testing: Continuously explore and test new paid channels and formats.
- Collaboration and Creative Integration: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on strategy, testing priorities, and performance roadmaps.
- Future Growth: As Tecna expands, help shape the future performance marketing function.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in performance marketing, paid media, or demand generation, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Proven success in managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social platforms for lead generation.
- Experience in CRM development and management (Odoo preferred).
- Confident using analytics tools: GA4, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, and platform analytics dashboards.
- Deep understanding of funnel attribution, retargeting, and data-driven optimisation.
- Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- A proactive mindset; someone who takes ownership, tests new ideas, and loves making the numbers move.
You’ll Fit Right In If You:
- Love the balance of creative storytelling and commercial performance.
- Are as excited by data as you are by design.
- You’re a team player who can own your own remit.
- Thrive in a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Want to shape the future of performance marketing for a brand that’s redefining exhibition design.
Why Tecna?
- Work within a passionate, creative team driving global design and marketing excellence.
- Hybrid working model (office + remote flexibility).
- Exposure to running world-class campaigns across different industries and events.
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Potential for contract extension based on performance and growth.
