Summary

We are seeking a driven and proactive Lead Generation Executive to support our growing commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-potential leads within key market sectors. You will play a vital part in the top of our sales funnel, helping to drive growth across UK and international markets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new business leads.
  • Research and identify potential customers in defined industries (automotive, medical, industrial, etc.).
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM.
  • Set Discovery Call appointments for Business Development Managers.
  • Assist in the execution and follow-up of email campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Continuously improve messaging and outreach strategies based on performance metrics.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Successful track record in a lead generation role.
  • Experience in the manufacturing, adhesives, automotive, or materials science sector is a plus.

Renumeration Package

  • Salary of £32,000 to £35,000pa, depending on experience.
  • Professional development and training.
  • On-site parking.
  • On-site EV charging.
  • Variety – no day will be the same!

Hours of Work

  • The hours of work will be 40 hours per week.
  • Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Friday 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM
