About the role
As a result of rapid scale, we are looking to expand the number of permanent Delivery Managers within our practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the very best in the business, creating and applying proven patterns of work to deliver outstanding business outcomes. As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for building strong teams from a mixture of disciplines, capable of ensuring the successful realisation of products or services for our clients. You will be embedded within project teams, hands-on with the team on a day-to-day basis, trusted by the customer, and focused on delivering outcomes for Tecknuovo, the customer, and the customer’s customer.
In any given week you may travel to client sites to build relationships and solve challenges, facilitate remote planning workshops, or coach/mentor client team members. Expect to develop proposals and assets alongside other hubs within the business. Expect variety, pace, and challenge, with a willingness to share knowledge and co-create. Our Delivery Managers are expected to become leaders in their field, passionate about lean/agile delivery techniques and the latest trends for exceptional technology delivery. When not delivering value to clients, you may provide thought leadership to technical communities to promote best practices across Tecknuovo’s practices.

The Delivery Hub ensures client expectations are exceeded with every interaction and engagement lifecycle. Delivery is the heart of Tecknuovo, aligning our reputation, values and behaviours to deliver successful outcomes and repeat business that supports our mission. You will sit alongside other hubs (Engagement, Talent, Marketing, PMO, Finance & Compliance) and work with a mix of permanent and associate consultants delivering to clients.

Core roles performed by the delivery hub during the engagement lifecycle.
Pre-engagement/Sales: Supporting Engagement hub with qualification and management, running discovery (pre-sales) workshops, stakeholder mapping, identifying new growth opportunities, describing requirements and deliverables.
Customer onboarding: Define project goals/objectives & success criteria,
