About The Role As a As a Client Director at Tecknuovo, you will own and grow a portfolio of strategic client relationships, helping organisations solve complex challenges through technology and transformation. Sitting within our Engagement Hub, you will be responsible for understanding our customers' priorities, identifying where Tecknuovo can add meaningful value, and turning those opportunities into long-term partnerships and sustainable commercial growth. You will hold overall accountability for the success and growth of your accounts. Depending on the size and complexity of the portfolio, you may lead Client Partners who focus on the day-to-day management and success of live Statements of Work, or you may retain direct responsibility across the full client lifecycle yourself. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across our customers and with our Delivery and Technical teams to shape solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. From developing new relationships through to growing established accounts, you will provide strategic and commercial leadership throughout the client lifecycle. This is a senior role with significant autonomy and influence.
