As part of the transition following the sale by Finastra of the Teciem business, Finastra is supporting Teciem on a temporary basis by managing the endâtoâend recruitment process for this position, including advertising, candidate outreach, interviews and selection. While certain points of contact in the hiring process will be Finastra staff, the successful candidate will be employed within the Teciem business and will carry out their role solely for Teciem.
Role Overview: Teciem is investing in Product Marketing. We are hiring a Product Marketing Lead to be the bridge between the product and the market. This is a highly visible, and handsâon role focused primarily on customer retention, expansion, and crossâsell. Youâll lead and coach a small, but mighty PMM team, work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the wider marketing team to develop and own the standards for how we position, message, launch, and update products. Manage two product marketers; set goals, priorities, and ways of working.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Solid, 7-10 years of B2B Product Marketing experience, ideally in fintech or enterprise software
- Experience in managing or mentoring product marketing teams (no matter the size)
- Strong writing skills: you can explain complex products in simple, direct language
- Experience positioning complex, missionâcritical products
- Has meaningful experience partnering with Customer Success to drive retention, adoption, and expansion metrics
