Senior Consultant required to define user personas and service journeys that will inform ServiceNow experience design, employee adoption and change activities across a global GBS transformation.

This role is focused on user and employee experience design. The successful candidate will:
- Create personas across HR, IT, Finance and Procurement functions
- Map end-to-end service journeys
- Produce experience maps and service blueprints
- Capture user requirements for ServiceNow design teams
- Support stakeholder engagement and change activities
