What You’ll Do

  • Learn how to source and engage top candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and creative outreach.
  • Speak with candidates daily — understanding their skills, motivations, and career goals.
  • Support the interview process between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Build long-term relationships with talented people across the tech industry.
  • Work closely with our senior consultants to master the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Track activity, meet achievable goals, and celebrate your wins as part of a growing team.
