We’re looking for a Technical Solutions Architect who combines strong technical capability with excellent customer-facing skills. This role sits at the intersection of technology, business process, and user experience—working closely with internal teams and external retailers to modernise and automate planning tools.
You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering solutions that transform Excel-based business plans into scalable, intelligent systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering technical solutions that automate and systemise Excel-based business planning processes for retailers
- Leveraging Microsoft Copilot to enhance, automate, and optimise business workflows
- Building user-friendly interfaces using Power Apps, integrated with Copilot and underlying data sources
- Acting as a trusted technical partner to stakeholders—translating business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery
- Supporting retailers and internal users with clear communication, demos, and solution walkthroughs
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technical Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder engagement skills—you’re confident explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem
- Solid understanding of automating and systemising Excel-based or manual business processes
- Comfortable working remotely, with flexibility for very occasional on-site visits in the future
