About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Solution Architect (Contract) to lead enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions across HR, ITSM, Finance, CSM, Portal, and ITOM. This is a client-facing, delivery-critical role for a hands-on architect who can take ownership of solution design, stakeholder alignment, and delivery assurance within fast-paced digital transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design across the ServiceNow GBS portfolio—covering HRSD, ITSM, Finance Operations, CSM, Portal, and ITOM
- Act as the technical design authority across programmes, ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business strategy
- Engage with client stakeholders (up to CxO level) to gather requirements, run workshops, and provide expert platform guidance
- Oversee the delivery of ServiceNow implementations, working closely with delivery leads and engineering teams
- Manage deliverables across multiple workstreams, ensuring technical integrity, scope control, and timely execution
- Contribute to architectural governance, platform best practices, and quality assurance across the full solution lifecycle
