We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to lead the design and requirements definition for a ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation, with additional scope covering Finance Case Management (FCM). This engagement focuses on the initial design phase, with potential follow-on build and delivery phases to be scoped under a separate Statement of Work. It is available to start straight away.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end process design and requirements definition for ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) capabilities
  • Facilitate discovery and design workshops across procurement, supplier management, and finance stakeholders
  • Define future-state process flows, use cases, and functional requirements aligned with ServiceNow best practice
  • Support early Finance Case Management (FCM) design activities, including scoping, process definition, and high-level functional design
  • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure designs are clear, implementable, and aligned
  • Produce high-quality design artefacts, including process maps, requirements documentation, and design assumptions
  • Participate in validation sessions and stakeholder walkthroughs to confirm alignment prior to build decisions

Required Experience

  • Strong experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, with a focus on Source-to-Pay (S2P)
  • Proven background in procurement and finance process design within enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated experience leading design-phase engagements, including workshops and requirements definition
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Finance Case Management (FCM) or willingness to support early design work in this area
  • Ability to work autonomously in short, outcome-driven consulting engagements
