The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior ESM Process Consultant to support a large-scale Enterprise Service Management (ESM) transformation programme. This role will focus on documenting, analysing, and redesigning business processes across key corporate functions including HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement. The outputs from this work will directly inform the design and implementation of the ServiceNow platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a process-focused consultant who enjoys working with senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and translating business requirements into scalable service management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Document current-state and future-state business processes
- Design and produce process maps, workflows, and RACI models
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across multiple business functions
- Gather and define requirements for ServiceNow delivery teams
- Create high-quality process documentation suitable for leadership review
- Support the alignment of business processes with Enterprise Service Management best practices
