You'll lead the functional workstream across transformation engagements, partnering with business stakeholders to define future-state processes, facilitate workshops and ensure ServiceNow solutions align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and business process workshops
- Gather and define functional requirements
- Design future-state operating processes
- Own user stories and functional specifications
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Support UAT, adoption and change activities
- Mentor consultants across engagements
Required Experience
- Consulting or advisory background
- Strong business analysis and process design capability
- ServiceNow transformation experience
- Workshop facilitation
- Client-facing delivery leadership
- HR, Finance, Procurement, IT or GBS transformation
