ServiceNow CRM / CSM Functional Consultant required to support the design phase of a new CRM transformation programme.
This is a remote role with ad hoc travel to Central London on an Outside Of IR35 basis, further contract specific details would be discussed over a call.
This is a functional, design-focused role rather than a technical development position. The consultant will work with business stakeholders to understand customer and commercial processes, define requirements and use cases, and shape how these should be delivered through ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Strong ServiceNow CSM / CRM functional consulting experience
- Experience with ServiceNow Order Management (SOM)
- Strong understanding of Commercial CRM / Lead-to-Cash processes
- Experience leading requirements and design workshops
- Experience defining CRM processes, requirements and use cases
- Ability to translate business requirements into ServiceNow functional designs
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
- Logik.ai CPQ experience, training or hands-on exposure
- Experience with ServiceNow Sales CRM
- Experience with ServiceNow Public Sector solutions
- Experience supporting ServiceNow CRM programmes through design and implementation
