Role Overview
We are hiring Management Consultants with ServiceNow experience across all levels, from Consultant through to VP .
This is an opportunity to join a growing, senior-led consulting environment where you will work directly with enterprise clients on ServiceNow transformation, enterprise technology, operating model and digital transformation programmes .
We are looking for individuals who combine strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills with practical experience of ServiceNow and enterprise transformation. Depending on level, responsibilities will range from supporting delivery and analysis through to leading workstreams, managing client relationships and shaping transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver management consulting and ServiceNow transformation engagements across enterprise clients
- Support or lead client workshops, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement
- Develop transformation strategies, operating models, business cases and implementation roadmaps
- Work across ServiceNow implementation, optimisation and enterprise transformation programmes
- Produce high-quality client deliverables, including presentations, business requirements, RAID logs and status reporting
- Work closely with technical, functional and programme teams to translate business requirements into effective solutions
- Support testing, training, change and business-readiness activities
- Manage workstreams, teams and client relationships at more senior levels
- Contribute to business development, proposals and account growth at Manager, Director and VP levels
- Help clients realise measurable business value from ServiceNow and broader enterprise transformation
Required Experience
- Management consulting experience within enterprise transformation, digital transformation, technology consulting or ServiceNow
- Practical experience working with ServiceNow or ServiceNow-enabled transformation programmes
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management and client-facing skills
- Excellent analytical and organisational ability
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments
- Ability to operate effectively across business and technology stakeholders
- Strong interest in enterprise technology, ServiceNow and AI-enabled transformation
- Willingness to learn and take ownership within a client-facing consulting environment
Senior-Level Candidates
