We're looking for someone who knows how to create opportunity — not wait for it. TechYard is hiring an experienced Business Development Executive to help drive the next phase of growth from our Liverpool HQ. This is a true hunter role — suited to someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships from scratch, creating momentum, and converting conversations into long-term business. You'll work closely with leadership at our home office, with real autonomy, visible impact, and the chance to help shape commercial growth in the UK market.
What you'll do
- Generate new business through outbound activity, networking, referrals, and relationship building
- Identify and engage decision-makers across target clients and sectors
- Lead commercial conversations to understand hiring challenges and business priorities
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Secure new job orders and develop long-term client partnerships
