We are looking for an OCM and Org Design Analyst for one of our clients.

  • Fully Remote + potential client site trips in the UK
  • Minimum 6 month contract (potential for 12 months)
  • Outside of IR35
  • Start ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Support the OCM Lead in developing and executing change management activities aligned to the ServiceNow implementation roadmap.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments, documenting impacts across affected teams, roles and processes.
  • Support business readiness assessments, identifying adoption risks, training needs and areas requiring additional change support.
  • Develop and maintain change management deliverables, including stakeholder matrices, impact assessments, change plans, communications and readiness trackers.
  • Support the development and tracking of adoption, readiness and change KPIs, providing reporting and analysis to the OCM Lead.
  • Support go-live and hypercare activities, including tracking user issues, identifying adoption challenges and coordinating responses with relevant teams.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas where additional communications, training or support may be required.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow technical and functional teams to understand upcoming platform changes and translate these into business and user impacts.
  • Support analysis of current-state and future-state processes, identifying changes resulting from the ServiceNow implementation.
  • Document changes to roles, responsibilities, processes and ways of working as part of the future-state operating model.
  • Support the development of transition and implementation plans, including people, process and technology considerations.
  • Assist with identifying training, capability and resourcing requirements arising from changes to the operating model.
  • Work with the OCM Lead and ServiceNow teams to ensure proposed process and organisational changes are aligned with the platform design.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years' OCM / Business Change experience
  • Experience supporting technology transformation / enterprise platform implementations
  • Experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and business readiness
  • Experience supporting go-live, adoption and hypercare
  • Good understanding of training and communications
  • Experience working with business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Exposure to ServiceNow, ERP, CRM or similar enterprise platforms would be beneficial
  • Understanding of operating model / process change would be a strong advantage
