We have an established list of prestige technology consulting clients in the UK, Europe, and North America with whom we are partnering exclusively.

At what is now an exciting period of growth for the team we are pleased to be looking for several people to join our team of delivery and business development specialists to help us meet the ever growing demand from our clients.

What will you be doing?

• Pitching opportunities to potential candidates up to c-level, building relationships with them to guide them through the recruitment lifecycle.
• Working with the sales function to understand client requirements
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels
• Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring regular communication and updates
• Attending nationwide networking and meet-up events

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
• Detail orientated to provide the best possible service to our clients and candidates.
• Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
• High level of attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Data, Ai and Software would be advantageous but not essential
