We're looking for a Senior Consultant to define new enterprise services, governance models and service structures that will form the foundation of a ServiceNow-enabled Enterprise Service Management operating model. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a major transformation programme.

What you'll do:

  • Define enterprise services and service structures across the organisation
  • Create service definitions and ownership models
  • Develop governance frameworks to underpin the ESM operating model
  • Define service KPIs and SLA
  • Produce ServiceNow-ready service catalogue input
