Role Overview
We're looking for an Associate Consultant to support the delivery of ServiceNow and enterprise transformation programmes. You'll work alongside experienced consultants and project teams, gaining exposure to client engagements across delivery, stakeholder management, business analysis and ServiceNow implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery across ServiceNow transformation projects
- Assist with workshops, documentation and requirements gathering
- Produce project documentation, RAID logs and status reporting
- Work closely with technical and functional consultants
- Support testing, training and business readiness activities
- Contribute to high-quality client deliverables
Required Experience
- 1–3 years' experience within consulting, technology or transformation
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- Excellent organisational ability
- Interest in enterprise technology and ServiceNow
- Willingness to learn within a client-facing consulting environment
