We're working with a leading Professional Services organisation to find an experienced Product / Business Analyst to help shape and deliver high-quality digital solutions — spanning client portals, AI-enabled workflows, and data-driven products. You'll sit at the intersection of business analysis and product thinking, partnering with stakeholders, designers, and technology teams to turn strategy and user needs into real, deliverable solutions.

This is an initial 6 month contract with the possibility of extension.

  • Leading requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation (functional & non-functional)
  • Shaping digital products, workflows, dashboards, and client-facing platforms
  • Supporting agile delivery — backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria
  • Working across remote, distributed teams

5+ years as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar

  • Solid Agile delivery experience
  • Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, BPMN/workflow modelling (Bizagi a plus), and data/analytics projects
  • A fast learner, comfortable picking up new domains and technologies quickly
