Overview
ServiceNow Business Process Consultant required to support a telecommunications transformation programme focused on fault management and customer care workflows. Phase 1 covers Telecommunications Service Management (TSM), Sales Order Management (SOM), CMDB foundations, platform setup, integrations, and data migration design activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate definition and alignment of current-state processes toward improved future-state ServiceNow workflows and best practices
- Work closely with customer process owners, sponsors, and stakeholders to drive process improvement initiatives
- Advise Product Owners throughout delivery, including story creation, refinement, prioritisation, and roadmap planning
- Ensure process and platform decisions align to desired business outcomes and operational goals
- Support Agile delivery activities across workshops, backlog refinement, and implementation planning
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Business Process Consulting or ServiceNow consulting environments
- Demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow process implementation and improvement engagements
- Proven ability to analyse business requirements and recommend process strategies aligned to desired outcomes
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments and methodologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- ServiceNow certifications beneficial (CSA, NowCreate, Product Implementation certifications)
