Overview

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support pipeline generation and early-stage sales activity across enterprise clients. Working within a growth-focused sales function, you will engage senior stakeholders, identify new opportunities, and build qualified pipeline for Business Development and leadership teams. This role offers the opportunity to develop within a fast-paced, consulting-led environment focused on technology, data, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead prospecting and outreach across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
  • Identify and engage target accounts across key industries
  • Engage senior stakeholders to understand challenges and position relevant solutions
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities to support sales teams
  • Book meetings and contribute to early-stage deal progression
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline aligned to strategic accounts
  • Conduct market and account research to inform targeted outreach
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track activity
  • Collaborate with sales, consulting, and leadership teams to refine messaging and campaigns

Required Experience

  • 2-3+ years experience in sales development, lead generation, or B2B outreach
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Structured approach to outreach and follow-ups
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology or consulting environment
