Tech Xperts Recruitment UK are working with a well-established business looking to appoint a Senior 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their growing service desk.
You'll work closely with the Service Desk Team Lead, taking ownership of 2nd line tickets, supporting more junior engineers and playing a key part in developing the service desk.
It's a fairly fresh team, so there's plenty of opportunity to have an influence rather than simply coming in and following processes.
The big opportunity with this role is progression.
They're looking for someone who wants to develop into a more infrastructure-focused position over the next 12-18 months, with the opportunity to gain more exposure to the wider infrastructure environment as you develop.
