This is a remote role for a Member of the Board of Advisors. The individual will be responsible for leveraging their expertise to provide strategic guidance and advice to the firm’s management team.
Key responsibilities include:- Participating in board meetings
- Offering insights on strategic decisions
- Assisting in capital markets and fundraising activities
- Contributing to marketing and business development initiatives

Qualifications:- Investment Banking, M&A or Corporate Development experience
- Experience in capital raising, deal structuring, or transaction execution
- Verifiable transaction history totalling $100M+ in aggregate
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience serving on a board of advisors is a plus
