We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will help define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Degreed's application. Your expertise in the enterprise SaaS market and track record of delivering high‐impact products will shape the future of Degreed. Specifically, this role will be responsible for key elements of the application, which will naturally evolve over time based on our business priorities. One primary focus will be leveraging AI to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement. This role will balance strategic planning with hands‐on execution; spending around 25% on strategic planning, 25% on Product Marketing and External Engagement, and roughly 50% on operational execution.

Experience

  • Proven 8–10 years of product management experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience and familiarity with enterprise software and large enterprise customer challenges.
  • Agile Expertise: Comfortable working within agile methodologies and adapting to dynamic, global environments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of API‐driven platforms, understanding of developer ecosystems, and experience with tools such as JIRA. Familiarity with AI‐driven product development, prototyping, and product‐led experimentation is highly desirable.
  • Bonus Experience: Background in corporate learning, HR information systems, or enterprise learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Execution: Contribute to and execute on product strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs.
  • Roadmap Development: Support roadmap prioritization based on impact and customer feedback. Translate strategic goals into actionable initiatives. Work closely with engineering to ensure timely and high‐quality execution.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform new product development opportunities and enhancements.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage features from ideation to launch, ensuring they meet customer and business objectives.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the application meets and exceeds user expectations.
  • Metrics & KPIs: Track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and refine strategy.
  • Product Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams to provide the necessary knowledge and tools for effective sales, marketing, and customer support.
