Working with some of the largest OEM\’s you\’ll be supporting design of chassis. You\’ll be client facing as well as working with a small team onsite in Leamington Spa.

Reporting directly into the MD you\’ll be able to make decisions as he will split his time between the UK and India.

They believe that ideas come from each and every person. They want you to try new things, you won\’t be tied to a desk, they will encourage you to think outside of the box and bring new ideas to the table. No idea is a silly idea.

You\’ll work on a number of projects, taking existing production model going through and reviewing for compliance to US regulations and cost reduction programme to reduce their production cost. Then you have new production design, some component design projects and then longer term projects to lead to full product design.

If you go home at the weekend and spend your time maintaining / modifying your own car/bike; or if you spend your spare time racing or rallying; or even if you are an avid F1 fan and you read all the technical insights; then you are their kind of person.

So, if you\’re an experienced design engineer, working for an automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier, have experience within plastic moulding design, or steel fabrications, brake systems, suspension systems – you get the gist, then maybe you\’ll be happy here?

Oh and Catia skills are a must.
