Job Description

We’re adding a Lighting Engineer to a focused team of three in Electrical & Systems Design. You’ll own automotive lighting and integration end-to-end – from concept and supplier selection to validation and sign-off.

What you’ll do

  • Lead integration of headlamps, DRL, indicators, rear lamps and controllers into the vehicle EE architecture
  • Define control, diagnostics and fault strategy over CAN/LIN and collaborate with systems/software
  • Translate requirements into regulatory compliance plans.
  • Own supplier technical interface, DFM/DVP, EMC, sealing and durability to achieve reliable, certifiable lighting systems

What you bring

  • Proven experience in automotive/two-wheeler lighting and system integration
  • Comfort with vehicle networks (CAN/LIN), diagnostics, and validation workflows
  • Ability to work across electrical, mechanical, and software to get a compliant, production-ready result

Why this role

  • Small team = big ownership and visible impact
  • Broad scope across system, compliance, and vehicle integration – not just component sourcing
  • Real opportunity to ship product and put your signature on how it’s lit.
